Uche Emelumadu
Uche Emelumadu is a partner of the firm and concentrates his practice in residential and commercial real estate transactions, general civil and commercial litigation, and immigration.
He has broad experience in real estate transactions and represents National banks in all aspects of the practice of real estate law. He also represents private mortgage lenders and commercial investors in all aspects of real estate financing, acquisition, and development.
In addition, he has been involved in all aspects of real estate law, including representation of sellers, buyers, and developers of residential and commercial real estate. He is also specialized in representing numerous institutional lenders in conjunction with real estate-based financing including mortgage, loans, closings on various types of residential and commercial real estate. He has also represented such institutional lenders in conjunction with mortgage foreclosure proceedings.
Membership and Activities
Uche devotes a substantial portion of his practice to public education, presenting seminars on real estate to first time home buyers in minority communities.
